Great room. That's about it. It's located in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by fields and dust devils. You have to struggle to get Unity credits for purchases. Flavorless food. Barely any any music playing, and what was played was at a very low volume. The brand is dying, maybe. I stood on the lobby for a long time, not an employee to be found. Not worth the money.

This place is the biggest scam of them all, the machines are tight as they get,food is crap, atmosphere is smoke filled. Service is hit and miss staff and security is rude. Tile on the floor is cracking. Clothing is knock off crap and expensive. Should have a 2 star rating at best.

Not worth the price For an upscale hotel/casino I was not impressed with the service or the price. Almost $300 on a week night and arriving at 5pm tired and ready for a shower and nap only to be told our room wouldn't be ready for at least another hour even tho check in is at 3p. No offer to discount our stay or upgrade us to an available room. We sat on the floor of their lobby with all of our bags for almost an hr and a half for a room. At which time I requested a first responders discount and they denied it. Our room has garage left in the restroom and the Keurig had old used pods in it. The only options for dining were poor. The Hard Rock Cafe was over priced and the food was subpar. Ordered a specialty cocktail that was supposed to come with a keepsake glass, never got it. Over all would not stay at the hotel again even if it was only 3 minutes from our event.
